Draft — this text is pending legal review and may change before launch.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Feeter collects, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account details such as your email address, country and date of birth. Creators also provide identity and age verification information. We collect the content of requests and offers, order details and technical data such as device type and usage. On this website we also record analytics events (for example page views and button clicks) when you accept cookies. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider.
2. How we use your information
To run the marketplace, match requests with relevant creators, process orders, verify identity and age, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support and improve Feeter. We email you about your account, applications and orders.
3. Identity and age verification
Creators must verify their identity and age before selling. Verification is carried out with a specialist provider. We receive the result of the check and keep only what is needed to meet our legal obligations.
4. Public profile and content
Creator profiles show the name, photos and details a creator chooses to publish. Creators can use a public creator name and keep their personal details private. Buyer requests are private and only shared with relevant creators.
5. Cookies and analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. You can decline, and the website works the same. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
6. Sharing your information
We share information with service providers that help us run Feeter, such as payments, verification, hosting, email and analytics. We also share it when the law requires or to protect people and the service. We do not sell your personal information.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Some records are kept longer where the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, download or delete your information, and to object to some uses. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it takes effect.
