Terms of Service

Draft — this text is pending legal review and may change before launch.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Feeter, a marketplace where adults can request and sell custom photos and videos. By using Feeter, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use Feeter
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Feeter is not available to anyone under 18. We may ask you to verify your age and identity at any time.
2. Accounts and invitations
Creator access is by invitation only. Applying does not guarantee an invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account.
3. Requests and offers
Buyers post requests describing the content they want, with their budget and timing. Relevant creators may respond with an offer. A creator is never required to accept a request. An order is only created when a buyer accepts an offer and completes checkout.
4. Pricing, payments and fees
Creators set their own prices. Prices, delivery times and any fees are shown before you confirm an order. Payments are handled by our payment providers. Cancellations and refunds follow what was agreed in the offer and applicable law.
5. Content and permitted use
Creators keep ownership of the content they make. When an order is completed, the creator grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the content as described in the offer. You may not resell, redistribute or publish purchased content without the creator’s permission.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Feeter to share content that involves anyone under 18, or that is non-consensual, illegal, hateful or harassing. You may not impersonate another person, move payments or conversations off Feeter to avoid these terms, or scrape or misuse the service.
7. Verification and safety
Creators must complete identity and age verification before they can sell. We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
8. Limitation of liability
Feeter provides the marketplace but is not a party to agreements between buyers and creators. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use Feeter means you accept the updated terms.
